- Assessing the employment needs of the company and trying to meet them
- Using a variety of methods such as media, internet job sites, personal communications and employment agencies to locate qualified candidates
- Interviewing applicants, verifying references and comparing the job criteria to the applicants qualifications
- Employee data / records / files
- People development:
- Collaboration with other departments in order identify emerging issues and find solutions
- Knowledge of national laws & prepation employment related documentation
- Working to develop HR strategies to maximize the company’s growth
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business or related field
- Preferable master’s degree
- The candidate must have 4+ years of HR experience
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Highly committed and has strong work ethics
- Strong knowledge of human resource laws and practices
- Experience with hiring compliance
- Experience with benefits administration
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
